Assessment for eligibility

At Gemex Advisory, our consultants follow the 3-step Loan Sniper method, whereby we assess your eligbility and conduct preparations before submission.

Upon the completion of the assessment, we will then proceed with a targeted and concientious submission only to the banks which you are eligible for. We do not “spray and pray”.
